Team manager, project manager, private pilot, professional sailor, aircraft mechanic, carbon boat manufacturer, carbon aircraft manufacture, Arthur Léopold-Léger is a talented, multiskilled person who can deal with any topic of general aviation. At the age of 33, he has acquired his experience thanks to his passion for flying and sailing. Growing close to the fields of boat racing and light aviation enabled him to identify their similarities as well as specific needs. With more than 1000 flight hours and a hundred aircrafts assembled, maintained and delivered, Arthur knows every aspect of the general aviation market. As a professional sailor, he is used to managing every aspect of a complex project, from crew management to communication and financing. Among his various victories are his incredible results in the “Mini Transat”, a solo transatlantic race on a 6,50 m boat (2nd on the first leg and 9th on the second due to a broken rudder on a whale). Arthur is the initiator and one of the three co-founders of Elixir Aircraft. With an aircraft almost EASA certified and great commercial results, he has now run the company with success over 4 years. Arthur uses to take part in major conferences around the world. He was in November 2018, one of the speakers at the EASA Annual Safety Conference. Among all its other interventions, we can mention its participation to Dassault Systèmes events such as “Design in the Age of Experience” in Milano or the 3D Experience Forum in Korea.
