Group Business Development Director- Almusbah International Holdings LLC
Andrew Perrier is a Dubai based British / New Zealand Dual Citizen who is Group Business Development Director for the Almusbah Group for the last 7 years.
In addition, Andrew spearheads the international business development of certain business units of the Almusbah Group through both organic and acquisition for the Almusbah Group, representing the Boards interests.
The Almusbah Group has undertaken many PPP/DFBOT projects in Saudi Arabia with Municipalities and airports and was the first company to sign a PPP/DFBOT with Dubai Airport in 2016 following the passing of the law decree in 2015 by the Dubai Government.
Prior to joining Almusbah initially based in Jeddah, Andrew was a founding employee and Global Sales & Marketing Manager for MeterEye (now Smart Parking) that lead to a listing on the Australian Stock Exchange through Australian rich-lister, Chris Morris, the founder of Computershare.
Andrew has also held senior management roles with Datam (technology division of New Zealand Post) as well as Canon and Philips.
Andrew was Singapore based Managing Director India & Asia and Pacific for Information Management Research, a GE Equities invested company.
Andrew holds a MBA based on Stanford University curriculum from Massey University in New Zealand.
Andrew is the elected Chairman of the New Zealand / Middle East Business Council in Dubai and Board member in Auckland and is an elected standing committee member for the Airport Council International (ACI) World Economics Standing Committee.
